Paid Double Erroneously

If you have paid double the amount for a single service, we are obliged to complete reverse and refund the transaction without any deductions whatsoever.

Refund Timeline

The users have 14 days to file refund if they are not satisfied with the service or have not received the service ordered. EssayArsenal.co.uk will either negotiate with the customer to make for the non-compliance of the order or refund the full amount if the customer did not receive the work.

Plagiarism Found in the Paper

Upon request, we will be obliged to process a refund if the paper that client receives is replete with plagiarism. However, we expect the client to produce a plagiarism report for the disputed paper. Any request of refund without a documentary proof (in the form of Turnitin report) shall not be entertained.

Immediate Cancellation of Order

If you want your order to be cancelled moments after you have placed it, you will be refunded full amount paid. This clause only applies to cases when the writer has not started writing it for you.
